Notification of Re-evaluation Results and Documents Distribution. (a) The employee will be notified by letter of the re-evaluation results within thirty (30) working days following receipt of the employee or Union re-evaluation request by Human Resources. The thirty (30) working days shall not include the period of time beginning when Human Resources forwards the new revised approved job description or the written notice of no change to the Union in accordance with 17.04(a) above, and ending when 17.04 (b)(i), (ii) or (iii) occurs. The time limit in this Article 17.05(a) may be altered by mutual consent of the parties. (b) A copy of the revised approved job description, the re- evaluation report and any supporting documentation will be provided to the employee, the Union and the supervisor when the review is completed.
