Common use of Notification of Referral to Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Notification of Referral to Arbitration. Either of the parties may, after exhausting the grievance procedure, notify the other party within ninety (90) calendar days of the receipt of the reply at Step 3 or such reply being due, of its desire to refer the grievance to arbitration pursuant to the provisions of the Trade Union Act and this Agreement.
