Common use of Notification of Required Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Notification of Required Disclosure. Each of the Banks agrees (to the extent permitted by law other than disclosed to any regulatory body made in the normal course of such regulatory body’s supervisory function) to inform the Borrower of any disclosure under Clause 34.2(B).
