Within ten (10) Business Days of the filing of Borrower’s quarterly report on Form 10-Q or annual report on Form 10-K with the SEC, the Borrower shall provide RUS with a list of the restructured, non-performing, or impaired electric or telecommunications loans disclosed in such Form 10-Q or Form 10-K, as applicable. RUS agrees that the information provided pursuant to this section shall be used solely for the purpose of evaluating the Pledged Collateral and shall not be shared or distributed.
