Notification of Sales of Loaned Securities. Any loaned securities may be sold by a Participating Fund's portfolio manager at any time. Adviser hereby acknowledges its obligation to Lending Agent to provide notification of any sale of securities that are out on loan by the close of business, in the principal market therefor, on the trade date of such sale.
