Common use of Notification of Subsequent Employment Clause in Contracts

Notification of Subsequent Employment. During a period of two (2) years after the termination of Employee's employment with CTFS, Employee shall notify CTFS in writing, within thirty (30) days after accepting employment with any other corporation, partnership, association, person, organization or other entity, of the name and address of Employee's new employer and Employee's functions with his new employer.
