Common use of Notification of Taxes Clause in Contracts

Notification of Taxes. Without derogating from clause 10.1 above, if, at any time, the Borrower is required by law to make any deduction or withholding from any sum payable by it hereunder, the Borrower shall, as soon as reasonably practicable, notify the Facility Agent which shall notify the relevant Finance Party.
