Common use of Notification of Termination Event Clause in Contracts

Notification of Termination Event. Each of the Guarantor and the Account Depository Institution in its capacity as Cash Manager and Account Depository Institution undertakes and agrees to notify the Bond Trustee in accordance with Section 11 promptly upon becoming aware thereof of any event which would or could entitle the Bond Trustee to serve a notice of termination pursuant to Section 8.1.

Notification of Termination Event. Each of the Guarantor Guarantor, and the Account Depository Institution Bank in its capacity as Cash Manager and Account Depository Institution Bank, undertakes and agrees to notify the Bond Trustee in accordance with Section 11 9 promptly upon becoming aware thereof of any event which would or could entitle the Bond Trustee to serve a notice of termination pursuant to Section 8.1.

Each of the Guarantor Guarantor, the Cash Manager and the Account Depository Institution in its capacity as Cash Manager and Account Depository Institution Bank undertakes and agrees to notify the Bond Trustee in accordance with Section 11 Article 10 (Notices) promptly upon becoming aware thereof of any event which that would or could entitle the Bond Trustee to serve a notice of termination pursuant to Section 8.17.3 (Termination by Bond Trustee).

Each of the Guarantor and Guarantor, the Cash Manager, the Standby Account Depository Institution in its capacity as Cash Manager and Account Depository Institution the Standby GIC Provider undertakes and agrees to notify the Bond Trustee in accordance with Section 11 12 promptly upon becoming aware thereof of any event which would or could entitle the Bond Trustee to serve a notice of termination pursuant to Section 8.17.1.
