Common use of Notification of Termination Event Clause in Contracts

Notification of Termination Event. Each of the Eighth Issuer, the Eighth Issuer Cash Manager and the Eighth Issuer Account Bank undertakes and agrees to notify the Security Trustee in accordance with CLAUSE 13 promptly upon becoming aware thereof of any event which would or could entitle the Security Trustee to serve a notice of termination pursuant to CLAUSES 9.2 TO 9.4 (inclusive).

Notification of Termination Event. Each of the Eighth Seventh Issuer, the Eighth Seventh Issuer Cash Manager and the Eighth Seventh Issuer Account Bank undertakes and agrees to notify the Security Trustee in accordance with CLAUSE 13 promptly upon becoming aware thereof of any event which would or could entitle the Security Trustee to serve a notice of termination pursuant to CLAUSES 9.2 TO 9.4 (inclusive).
