Notification of UCRA Compliance. (1) The participating State shall provide each registrant documentation of compliance of the UCRA. That documentation may be in the form of a paid invoice, letter, or other document supplied by the Base State or on behalf of the Base State by a national or regional electronic system. This document may not be required by a State to be displayed in or on any commercial motor vehicle.
