Common use of Notification of Unauthorized Use or Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Notification of Unauthorized Use or Disclosure. Adopter shall notify DTLA in writing immediately upon discovery of any unauthorized use of Proprietary Information and any unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Information or Highly Confidential Information, and will cooperate with DTLA in every reasonable way to regain possession of Confidential Information and Highly Confidential Information and prevent its further unauthorized disclosure and to prevent further unauthorized use of Proprietary Information.
