Notification of Unauthorized Use or Disclosure. The receiving Party shall promptly notify the disclosing Party of the loss or unauthorized use or disclosure of any Proprietary Information and make Reasonable Efforts to mitigate the effects of such unauthorized use or disclosure. Upon request of the disclosing Party, the receiving Party shall surrender any part or all of the Proprietary Information to the disclosing Party.
