Common use of Notification of Unauthorized Use Clause in Contracts

Notification of Unauthorized Use. Licensor agrees to notify Licensee Manufacturer of any unauthorized use, unfair competition or other infringement by other persons relating to the Co-Brand or the Licensor Xxxx as incorporated into the Co-Brand promptly after such infringement comes to Licensor's attention.

Notification of Unauthorized Use.
