Maintaining Confidentiality of Access Passwords. Where access to the Licensed Materials is to be controlled by the use of passwords, the Licensee shall secure that the Participating Institutions will use reasonable efforts to inform the Authorized Users that they should not divulge their numbers and passwords to any third party. The Licensee shall secure that the Participating Institutions will also use reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of any institutional passwords provided by the Distributor or the Publisher.
