NOTIFICATION REGARDING ADMINISTRATIVE OR OTHER ISSUES. If at any time during the performance of this BPA, administrative or other issues should arise which will have an adverse impact on timely performance by the BPA Holder or affect the costs or funding, the BPA Holder is required to immediately notify the Contracting Officer identified in this BPA. This notification shall be in writing.
