NOTIFICATION REGARDING EXTENSION. On or before the first day of the thirtieth (30th) month prior to the expiration of the term of this Agreement as set forth in Section 1.3, Midas will notify Franchisee in writing whether or not Midas will extend the franchise relationship with Franchisee with respect to the shop, and under what special conditions, if any, such extension will be granted.
