General Provisions Regarding Termination. (a) Termination of this Contract shall be without prejudice to any right or remedy of either party against the other accruing or accrued prior to such termination including any right to claim damages for any antecedent breach of this Contract or accruing after termination in respect of those clauses referred to in clause (c) and any right to claim damages or other relief in relation thereto.
General Provisions Regarding Termination. Failure to terminate the Agreement for breach pursuant to the terms of the preceding paragraphs will be deemed a waiver of the right to terminate, unless the breach is of a continuing nature.
