Notification Regarding Funding. PROVIDER shall immediately notify the PAYOR , in writing, of any action by PROVIDER’s governing board or any other funding source, which would require or result in changes to the provision of Services, funding, compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement or any other actions with respective to PROVIDER’s obligations to perform under this Agreement.
