Notification to Artist. If the Engager authorizes a recording or broadcast of any part of the production without informing the Artist, and if the Artist is now aware of same, the Engager shall be obliged to make the payments required in this Article.
Notification to Artist. The City shall endeavor to notify the Artist of any proposed alteration of the Site that would affect the intended character of the Work and shall endeavor to consult with the Artist in the planning and execution of any such alteration and shall make a reasonable effort to maintain the integrity of the Work.
