Notification to Certificateholders and Others. (a) Upon any resignation of a Master Servicer or the Special Servicer pursuant to Section 6.04, any termination of a Master Servicer or the Special Servicer pursuant to Section 7.01, any appointment of a successor to a Master Servicer or the Special Servicer pursuant to Section 7.02 or the effectiveness of any designation of a new Special Servicer pursuant to Section 6.09, the Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to Certificateholders at their respective addresses appearing in the Certificate Register and, to the extent known to the Trustee, each Serviced Non-Trust Mortgage Loan Noteholder.
