Common use of Notification to Certificateholders and Rating Agencies Clause in Contracts

Notification to Certificateholders and Rating Agencies. (a) Upon any termination of or appointment of a successor to the Master Servicer, the Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to Certificateholders and to each Rating Agency. (b) Within 60 days after the occurrence of any Event of Default, the Trustee shall transmit by mail to all Certificateholders notice of each such Event of Default hereunder actually known to a Responsible Officer of the Trustee, unless such Event of Default shall have been cured or waived.
