Notification to Certificateholders and to Rating Agencies. (a) Promptly following the occurrence of any Event of Termination, the Master Servicer shall give written notice thereof to the Trustee, Certificateholders at their respective addresses appearing on the Certificate Register and to the Rating Agencies.
