Notification to City of Transfer. Assignee shall notify City in writing of any proposed sale or other transfer of any or all of the real property constituting the Subject Proeprty. Such notice shall be provided not less than thirty (30) days prior to the proposed effective date of the sale or other transfer and, if a Declaration of Restrictive Covenants has not yet been recorded in satisfaction of all of the requirements of this Section, then such notice shall include a copy of a draft deed of such sale or other disposition to enable City to confirm that the requirements set forth above in this Section have been fulfilled.
