Notification to Inspector General. 1.9.2.1 The Department must notify the Inspector General of the HHS of any disclosures made under subsection 1.9.1 of this Agreement within 20 working days from the date it receives the information. 1.9.2.2 The Department will also promptly notify the Inspector General of HHS of any action it takes on the Provider’s application for participation in the program.
