Common use of Notification to Mortgagors and Certificateholders Clause in Contracts

Notification to Mortgagors and Certificateholders. (a) Upon any such termination pursuant to Section 7.02 hereof or the appointment of a successor to the Master Servicer, the Trust Administrator shall, at the expense of the Master Servicer, give prompt written notice thereof to the Certificate Insurer and the related Certificateholders at their respective addresses appearing in the Certificate Register and to the related Mortgagors at their respective addresses appearing in the Mortgage Loan Schedule. (b) Within three Business Days after the occurrence of any event which constitutes or which, with notice or lapse of time or both, would constitute a Master Servicer Default, the Trust Administrator shall transmit by mail, at the expense of the Master Servicer, to all Holders of Certificates and the Certificate Insurer notice of any Master Servicer Default actually known to a Responsible Officer of the Trust Administrator.
