Notification to Mortgagors and Certificateholders. (a) Upon any such termination pursuant to Section 7.02 hereof or the appointment of a successor to the Master Servicer, the Trust Administrator shall, at the expense of the Master Servicer, give prompt written notice thereof to the Certificate Insurer and the related Certificateholders at their respective addresses appearing in the Certificate Register and to the related Mortgagors at their respective addresses appearing in the Mortgage Loan Schedule.
