Notification to Noteholders and Rating Agencies. Upon any termination of the Servicer or appointment of a Successor Servicer, the Trustee shall give prompt notice of such termination, resignation, discharge, removal or appointment, together with the conditions of default, if applicable, to the Rating Agencies and each Noteholder in the manner provided herein.
