Common use of Notification to Noteholders and Residual Certificateholders Clause in Contracts

Notification to Noteholders and Residual Certificateholders. Upon any termination or appointment of a successor to the Servicer pursuant to this Article VI or Section 5.04, the Indenture Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to the Noteholders and Residual Certificateholders (at their respective addresses appearing in the Note Register and in the Residual Certificate Register), the Insurer and each Rating Agency.
