NOTIFICATION TO NOTEHOLDERS AND RESIDUAL INTERESTHOLDERS. Upon any termination of, or appointment of a successor to, the Servicer pursuant to this Article, the Trust Agent shall give prompt written notice thereof to Residual Interestholders at their respective addresses appearing in the Certificate Register, and the Indenture Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to Noteholders at their respective addresses appearing in the Note Register.
