Common use of Notification to Noteholders Clause in Contracts

Notification to Noteholders. Upon any termination of, or appointment of a successor to, the Servicer pursuant to this Article VII, the Indenture Trustee (or the Relevant Trustee if no Notes are Outstanding) will give prompt written notice thereof to the Owner Trustee, the Issuer, the Administrator, the Asset Representations Reviewer and to the Noteholders and the Certificateholders at their respective addresses of record.

Notification to Noteholders. Upon any termination of, or appointment of a successor to, the Servicer pursuant to this Article VII, the Indenture Trustee (or the Relevant Trustee if no Notes are Outstanding) will give prompt written notice thereof to the Owner Trustee, the Issuer, the Administrator, the Asset Representations Reviewer Administrator and to the Noteholders and the Certificateholders at their respective addresses of record.

Upon any termination of, or appointment of a successor to, the Servicer pursuant to this Article VII, the Indenture Trustee (or the Relevant Trustee if no Notes are Outstanding) will give prompt (but in any event, within (5) Business Days of such termination or appointment) written notice thereof to the Owner Trustee, the Issuer, the Administrator, the Asset Representations Reviewer Administrator and to the Noteholders and the Certificateholders at their respective addresses of record.
