Common use of Notification to Owner Clause in Contracts

Notification to Owner. If the Aircraft is damaged, lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if any person is injured or dies, or if the Aircraft is damaged as a result of its operation, use, maintenance, or possession, Lessee shall promptly notify Owner of the occurrence, and shall file all necessary accident reports, including those required by law and other governmental rule or regulation and those required by insurers of the Aircraft.
