Common use of NOTIFICATION TO RATING AGENCIES Clause in Contracts

NOTIFICATION TO RATING AGENCIES. The Indenture Trustee shall give prompt notice to the Rating Agencies of the occurrence of any of the following events of which it has received notice: (1) any modification or amendment to this Agreement, (2) any change of the Indenture Trustee, the Servicer or Paying Agent, (3) any Event of Default, and (4) the final payment of all the Notes. The Servicer shall promptly deliver to the Rating Agencies a copy of each of the Servicer's Certificates. Further, the Servicer shall give prompt notice to the Rating Agencies if the Servicer or any of its affiliates acquire any Notes.

The Servicer shall promptly deliver to the Rating Agencies Indenture Trustee a copy of each of the Servicer's Certificates. Further, the Servicer shall give prompt notice to the Rating Agencies if the Servicer or any of its affiliates acquire any Notes.
