Common use of NOTIFICATION TO RATING AGENCIES Clause in Contracts

NOTIFICATION TO RATING AGENCIES. The Trustee shall give prompt notice to the Rating Agencies of the occurrence of any of the following events of which it has received notice: (1) any modification or amendment to this Agreement, (2) any appointment of a Custodian (other than First Union National Bank), (3) any change of the Trustee or the Servicer (4) any Servicer Default, and (5) the final payment of all the Notes and the Certificates. The Servicer shall promptly deliver to the Rating Agencies a copy of each of the Servicer's Certificates.

The Indenture Trustee shall give prompt notice to the Rating Agencies of the occurrence of any of the following events of which it has received notice: (1) any modification or amendment to this Agreement, (2) any appointment of a Custodian (other than First Union National Bank), (3) any change of the Indenture Trustee or the Servicer Servicer, (4) any Servicer Default, and (5) the final payment of all the Notes and the Certificates. The Servicer shall promptly deliver to the Rating Agencies a copy of each of the ServicerTrust Administrator's Certificates.
