Notification to Student Borrowers. Seller and Purchaser shall provide each borrower under the Eligible Loans purchased under this Agreement with notice of the assignment and transfer to the Trustee for the account and on behalf of Purchaser of Seller's interest in such Eligible Loans as required by the Higher Education Act.
