Notification to Subsequent Employer. Executive agrees to notify any subsequent employer of the existence and terms of this Agreement. In addition, Executive authorizes the Company Group to provide a copy of this Agreement to third parties, including but not limited to Executive’s subsequent, anticipated, or possible future employers.
