Common use of Notification to Subsequent Employer Clause in Contracts

Notification to Subsequent Employer. When the Executive’s employment with the Company terminates, and during the twelve (12)-month period during which the restrictions of Sections 7.1 and 7.2 apply, the Executive agrees to notify any subsequent employer of the restrictive covenants section contained in this Agreement. In addition, the Executive authorizes the Company, during the twelve (12)-month period during which the restrictions of Sections 7.1 and 7.2 apply, to provide a copy of the restrictive covenants section of this Agreement to third parties, including but not limited to the Executive’s subsequent, anticipated or possible future employer.

In addition, the Executive authorizes the Company, during the twelve (12)-month 18-month period during which the restrictions of Sections 7.1 and 7.2 apply, to provide a copy of the restrictive covenants section of this Agreement to third parties, including but not limited to the Executive’s subsequent, anticipated or possible future employer.

Notification to Subsequent Employer. When the Executive’s employment with the Company terminates, and during the twelve (12)-month period during which the restrictions of Sections 7.1 and 7.2 apply, the Executive agrees to notify any subsequent employer of the restrictive covenants section sections contained in this AgreementAgreement for a period of 1 year following his termination of employment. In addition, during such 1-year post-termination period, the Executive will also deliver a copy of such notice to the Company before the Executive commences employment with any subsequent employer.
