Notification to Union of Staffing Expectations. 1235 The Company will make its best effort to obtain the agreement of any buyer of the 1236 generation assets to decide upon and provide notice of its plans regarding staffing by 1237 classification and operations of the generating plants at least one hundred twenty (120) days 1238 prior to financial closing. 1239 If the new owner does not intend to retain or hire all of the employees at a particular site, 1240 management will make its best effort to obtain the new owner’s agreement to offer jobs in 1241 each classification according to the provisions outlined in the Collective Bargaining 1242 Agreement.
