Common use of Notifications of Change Clause in Contracts

Notifications of Change. The Debtor will notify the Secured Party in writing at least 30 days prior to any change in: (i) the Debtor's chief place of business and/or residence; (ii) the Debtor's name or identity; or (iii) the Debtor's corporate structure (including, without limitation, the jurisdiction of its organization). The Debtor will keep the Collateral at the location(s) previously provided to the Secured Party until such time as the Secured Party provides written advance consent to a change of location. The Debtor will bear the cost of preparing and filing any documents necessary to protect the Secured Party's Liens.
