Common use of Notifier and Recipient Clause in Contracts

Notifier and Recipient. For the purposes of this Contract, the Party that discloses Confidential Information under the terms set forth herein to the other Party is considered the notifier (hereinafter the “Notifier”). Similarly, the Party that receives Confidential Information is considered the recipient (hereinafter the “Recipient”).
