Common use of Notional Interest on Deferred Cash Awards Clause in Contracts

Notional Interest on Deferred Cash Awards. Participant acknowledges that the Deferred Cash Award does not provide for actual interest payments but, if and when paid, includes an additional amount calculated with reference to an interest rate. This notional interest on a Deferred Cash Award will be calculated at the rate indicated in the Deferred Cash Award Summary on page 1 of this Agreement. The payment of a vested installment of a Deferred Cash Award will include the accrued notional interest on the value of the installment that vests after the Performance Vesting Condition described in Section 2(b) is applied and all other conditions to vesting are satisfied.
