Common use of Notwithstanding Sub-clause 22(a) Clause in Contracts

Notwithstanding Sub-clause 22(a). (i) The Managers shall be entitled to terminate the Agreement with immediate effect by giving notice to the Owners if any monies payable by the Owners and/or the owners of any as sociated vessel, details of which are listed in Annex "D", shall not have been received in the Managers' nominated account within ten days (10) of receipt by the Owners of the Managers' written request, or if the Vessel is repossessed by the Mortgagee(s).
