Transnet hereby appoints the Service Provider Supplier to provide, and Transnet undertakes to accept the supply of Goods / provision of Services provided for herein, as formally agreed between the Parties and in accordance with the Schedule of Requirements / Work Orders issued as a schedule to this Agreement; and

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED. 1.2.1 Transnet hereby appoints the Service Provider to provide, and Transnet undertakes to accept the supply of Goods / provision of Services provided for herein, as formally agreed between the Parties and in accordance with the Schedule of Requirements / Work Orders issued as a schedule to this Agreement; and 1.2.2 the Service Provider hereby undertakes to provide the Services provided for herein, as formally agreed between the Parties and in accordance with the Schedule of Requirements issued as a schedule to this Agreement.

Transnet hereby appoints the Service Provider Supplier to provide, and Transnet undertakes to accept the supply repair and delivery of Goods / provision of Services provided goodsprovided for herein, as formally agreed between the Parties and in accordance with the Schedule of Requirements / Work Orders issued as a schedule to this Agreement; and

Transnet hereby appoints the Service Provider to provide, and Transnet undertakes to accept the supply of Goods / provision of Services provided for herein, as formally agreed between the Parties and in accordance with the Schedule of Requirements / Work Orders issued as a schedule to this Agreement; and

Transnet hereby appoints the Service Provider to provide, and Transnet undertakes to accept the supply of Goods / provision of Services provided for herein, as formally agreed between the Parties and in accordance with the Schedule of Requirements / Work Orders issued as a schedule to this Agreement; and
