NPA Costs. NPA Costs shall be due and payable to each Funding Agent and each Non-Conduit Committed Purchaser on each Payment Date. On the Determination Date prior to each Payment Date, the Deal Agent shall provide written notice to Issuer, the Servicer and the Trustee of the aggregate amount of NPA Costs due on such Payment Date and the amount due to each Purchaser Group and each Non-Conduit Committed Purchaser.
