NPA/NXX. 4.1 Each NPA-NXX associated with a Trunk Group using a Type 2A interface must have a single Rating Point and that Rating Point must be associated with a Telco End Office Switch homing on the Telco Tandem Switch where the Trunk Group is located, provided however, that the Rating Point may be designated anywhere in the LATA when the Commission so rules in a proceeding binding Telco. The Rating Point does not have to be the same as the Routing Point.
NPA/NXX. 5.1 Each Carrier NPA-NXX must have a single Rating Point and that Rating Point must be associated with a Rate Center defined in the applicable AT&T-22STATE landline state tariff. Carrier must have the Rating Point entered into the LERG. The geographical exchange area of the associated Rate Center must be served by an End Office Switch or other End Office Switches sub-tending the AT&T-22STATE Tandem Office Switch where a Type 2A Trunk Group is located, or at the End Office Switch, where a Type 2B or Type 1 Trunk Group is located. The Rating Point may be designated anywhere in the LATA, when the Commission so rules, in a proceeding binding AT&T-22STATE. The Rating Point does not have to be the same as the Routing Point.
NPA/NXX. 5.1 Each NPA-NXX associated with a Trunk Group using a Type 2A Interconnection Trunk Group must be associated with a SBC-13STATE Tandem. Carrier will home its NPA-NXXs to the Tandem that serves the geographic area for the V&H Coordinate assigned to the NXX.
NPA/NXX. 4.1. Each NPA-NXX associated with a Trunk Group using a Type 2A interface must have a single Rating Point and that Rating Point must be associated with a Telco End Office Switch homing on the Telco Tandem Switch where the Trunk Group is located. When carrier elects to establish and maintain direct trunking between all Carrier switches that have codes that home in a LATA and each of Telco’s access tandems in that LATA, and when all NPA-NXX codes reside in the carrier’s switch, the single Rating Point for any NXX may be at any end office in the LATA regardless of the Routing Point for the code. The Routing Point and Rating Point must be in the same LATA.
NPA/NXX. 6.1 Each NPA-NXX associated with an Authorized Services Interconnection Trunk Group using a Type 2A interface must have a single Rating Point and that Rating Point must be associated with a Telco End Office Switch homing on the Telco Tandem Switch where the Authorized Services Interconnection Trunk Group is located. The Rating Point does not have to be the same as the Routing Point.

  • Power Factor Design Criteria (Reactive Power A wind generating plant shall maintain a power factor within the range of 0.95 leading to 0.95 lagging, measured at the Point of Interconnection as defined in this LGIA, if the ISO’s System Reliability Impact Study shows that such a requirement is necessary to ensure safety or reliability. The power factor range standards can be met using, for example without limitation, power electronics designed to supply this level of reactive capability (taking into account any limitations due to voltage level, real power output, etc.) or fixed and switched capacitors if agreed to by the Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected, or a combination of the two. The Developer shall not disable power factor equipment while the wind plant is in operation. Wind plants shall also be able to provide sufficient dynamic voltage support in lieu of the power system stabilizer and automatic voltage regulation at the generator excitation system if the System Reliability Impact Study shows this to be required for system safety or reliability.

  • Power Factor Design Criteria Developer shall design the Large Generating Facility to maintain an effective power delivery at demonstrated maximum net capability at the Point of Interconnection at a power factor within the range established by the Connecting Transmission Owner on a comparable basis, until NYISO has established different requirements that apply to all generators in the New York Control Area on a comparable basis. The Developer shall design and maintain the plant auxiliary systems to operate safely throughout the entire real and reactive power design range. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall not unreasonably restrict or condition the reactive power production or absorption of the Large Generating Facility in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Switched Exchange Access Service The offering of transmission and switching services for the purpose of the origination or termination of Toll Traffic. Switched Exchange Access Services include but may not be limited to: Feature Group A, Feature Group B, Feature Group D, 700 access, 800 access, 888 access and 900 access.

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing CSTC traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to CSTC, the subtending arrangements between CSTC Tandem Switches and CSTC End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that CSTC maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.
