Common use of NRE and Tooling Clause in Contracts

NRE and Tooling. 10.1 Any Tools or Tooling purchased from Supplier or manufactured by Supplier, the cost of which forms part of an Order will become the property of Buyer and all right, title and interest in and to any part of Tooling will pass to Buyer as soon as it is acquired or fabricated in accordance with the Order.
