Nuisance and Annoyance. The Tenant shall not use or occupy the Leased Premises or suffer or permit the same to be used or occupied for any unlawful purpose, or for any dangerous, noxious or offensive trade or business, or for any purpose likely to cause a nuisance or annoyance to the Landlord or any other tenants of the Development nor undertake any operation likely to cause the same, nor commit or suffer to be done any waste, damage or disfigurement or injury to the Development or any part thereof nor permit or suffer the overloading of any floors therein.
