Nullity. The nullity of a provision of the present agreement does not affect the validity of other provisions of the agreement. Any provision of the agreement which is or which becomes contrary to applicable laws, will be null and void. In such a case, the clause(s) affected shall be amended in conformity with the law.

In such a case, the parties will enter into bargaining to arrive at a mutually satisfactory replacement for the void provision. If the parties cannot agree, the clause(s) affected shall be amended in conformity with the law.
