Number and Size of Pipelines and Appurtenances. The Pipeline shall not exceed the following number of pipelines and a nominal inside diameter as follows: Number of pipelines one (1); Nominal inside diameter: thirty inches (30"). No above or below ground appurtenances are allowed except for the following: one (1) 100’ X 125’ scraper trap and valve site (the "Texaco Road Site"), one (1) fiber optic line and associated three-i nch (3") diameter conduit (the "Fiber Optic Line"), corrosion test stations, and pipeline markers (collectively the "Appurtenances"). The Texaco Road Site shall be at the location described in Exhibit A-1 and corrosion test stations shall be placed at the locations depicted on Exhibit "B". Corrosion test stations to be located next to roads, ditches, fence lines, and at other out of the way locations with the prior written approval of Authority. The Fiber Optic Line may only be used for the operation of the Pipeline or the operation of Grantee's pipeline system and facilities.
