Number, Gender and Persons In this Agreement, words importing the singular number only shall include the plural and vice versa, words importing gender shall include all genders and words importing persons shall include individuals, corporations, partnerships, associations, trusts, unincorporated organizations, governmental bodies and other legal or business entities.
Number and Gender Unless the context otherwise requires, words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa and words importing gender include all genders.

Number and Gender/Successors and Assigns All pronouns and any variations thereof shall be deemed to refer to the masculine, feminine, neuter, singular or plural as the identity of the Person referred to may require. Without limiting the effect of specific references in any provision of this Agreement, the term “Indemnitor” shall be deemed to refer to each and every Person comprising an Indemnitor from time to time, as the sense of a particular provision may require, and to include the heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns of Indemnitor, all of whom shall be bound by the provisions of this Agreement, provided that no obligation of Indemnitor may be assigned except with the written consent of Indemnitee. Each reference herein to Indemnitee shall be deemed to include its successors and assigns. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of Indemnified Parties and their respective successors and assigns forever.
Number and Gender of Words Whenever herein the singular number is used, the same shall include the plural where appropriate, and words of any gender shall include each other gender where appropriate.
Plurals and Gender Where appearing in this Agreement the singular shall include the plural and the masculine shall include the feminine, and vice versa, unless the context clearly indicates a different meaning.
Name, Captions, Gender Section headings of this Agreement are for reference purposes only and are to be given no effect in the construction or interpretation of this Agreement. Whenever the context may require, any pronoun used herein shall include the corresponding masculine, feminine or neuter forms.
