NUMBER OF CLASSROOM PREPARATIONS. The Principal and Superintendent each year will look very closely at the schedule and schedule preparations as fairly as possible. The Administration will strive to limit the number of different preparations as much as possible. The parties recognize that teacher effectiveness can be greatly improved by limiting the number of preparations in a daily schedule.
