Eye Examinations Sample Clauses
The Eye Examinations clause establishes the requirements and procedures for conducting eye exams within a particular context, such as an employment or insurance agreement. It typically outlines who is responsible for arranging and paying for the examinations, the frequency at which they must occur, and any standards or qualifications the examiner must meet. This clause ensures that individuals receive necessary eye health assessments, helping to maintain safety, comply with legal or occupational standards, and address vision-related concerns proactively.
